Pittsburgh Penguins Re-Sign Brian Dumoulin to Two-Year Deal

Brian Dumoulin

The Pittsburgh Penguins re-signed another restricted free agent of their own today by agreeing to a two-year contract with defenseman Brian Dumoulin. The 23-year-old played in every playoff game for the Penguins this past season as a result of injuries. His contract has an average annual value of $800,000. The former second round pick from Carolina is expected to make the team out of camp alongside Kris Letang, Olli Maatta, Ian Cole, Derrick Pouliot, Ben Lovejoy and Rob Scuderi (barring any trades/injuries).
