The Pittsburgh Penguins are shifting their roster once again as star center Evgeni Malkin will make his return to the lineup tonight against the Tampa Bay Lightning. Earlier today, forward Zach Boychuk, who was claimed on waivers by the Penguins from the Carolina Hurricanes on January 31st, was placed back on the waiver wire. The Hurricanes said that they would consider claiming him if he ever hit waivers again, but it remains to be seen if they will or not. If he clears waivers, the Penguins can send him to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. Pittsburgh then announced that the team sent forward Beau Bennett back to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. Bennett, Pittsburgh’s first-round pick in 2010, had a goal and two assists in eight games with the Penguins.
