Penguins Practice Report: February 15, 2011

This afternoon I got a chance to watch the Penguins at Southpointe. I have some pictures and videos to share with all of you, but first here are some notes from the practice:

-Arron Asham, Chris Kunitz, Dustin Jeffrey, Sidney Crosby, and Eric Tangradi all did not practice.

-Tyler Kennedy came out on the ice early to get some shooting drills in. He later shot a puck past Marc-Andre Fleury that knocked the lid off of his water bottle.

-Matt Cooke and Eric Godard, both suspended currently, practiced and looked like their usual selves. Cooke was teasing all of his teammates. Godard and Chris Conner were the last two men standing in the shootout. Godard ended up being victorious as Conner missed an attempt for redemption after Godard got one past Brent Johnson.

-I was very impressed with Kris Letang today. He was the last one off of the ice today and he clearly wants to keep getting better. It is awesome to see. He ended practice by giving a puck to a girl who was wearing his All-Star Game jersey.

Here are the pictures I got as well as two videos I recorded: (Sorry for the bad quality of the videos)
