The Atlanta Thrashers are the only other team in the Eastern Conference that Pittsburgh has not played in the playoffs. The Penguins will have home ice advantage in this round. Therefore, the series will start with two games at the Consol Energy Center. The actual schedule of the games will be announced tomorrow on NHL Network at 10:00 PM. It has been rumored the first game will be Wednesday and the second game will be Friday or Saturday. The Pittsburgh Power have said that they will move their home game if the Penguins need the arena on Saturday. Pittsburgh won two of the four games against the Lightning this season.
